My brother told me about the recipe, it was one his lovely wife made for him. It is not only gluten free but only has 3 ingredients!
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
Form into small balls and smash in criss cross pattern with fork.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 8 mins or so, depending on your oven. They'll still be soft and gooey but once they cool they harden up and are a normal cookie.
These cookies are so yummy! They went fast and my hubby couldn't believe there wasn't flour in these babies!
